Alex Williams, a seasoned professional with over two decades in photography and film, owns and operates Creativity Evolved Studios. Starting with music videos and expanding into documentaries and films, his work is featured on platforms like Amazon Prime. Alex, also a mentor, hails from an underrepresented community, understands the challenges, and through his studio, empowers young artists to overcome barriers and achieve creative success. His personal journey serves as inspiration, guiding the next generation to thrive creatively.

Adrian "Jahnissi" Ray

With a fascination for sounds and a passion for music, Charlotte native, Adrian Ray, decided to enter into the audio recording and production world. The fuel that drives him is a self commitment to inspire creative originality and a duty for sonic excellence in recorded music. From this, he created his production company, Jahnissi Productions. As a commitment to gaining the foundational knowledge needed to navigate the audio profession, he earned a Bachelor degree in Music Production from Full Sail University. Now, he hopes to spark or inspire the same passion and interest in our youth.  

Adrian’s musical taste is attributed to growing up in a household where classic soul records were played daily and especially during special family occasions or neighborhood barbecues. As an observant teen, he noticed how music made people feel and how music became the soundtrack to various points in people’s lives. To Adrian, it’s not just how the music sounds, but also, how it feels. Later in his teens, the Hip Hop music sound would be the interest that pushed him towards his destiny in music production. Afterall, it was those, feel good, early soul records that were the musical thread of early Hip Hop music. Today, Adrian continues to find joy in mixing songs, collaborating on music, recording in the studio with artists and, especially, producing beats.

Keya Hamilton
Writer, Director, Actor

​Actor, writer and director Keya Hamilton grew up in a home where music and creative expression were at its center. She is best known for her role in the Hallmark movie Christmas in Harmony. Keya began her adult acting career in theater, touring the US, performing in stage plays and transitioning into film in 2012. After working for and being inspired by Kelly Fremon Craig and James L. Brooks on the feature film, Are You There God, It's Me Margaret, she decided to take the plunge into directing. In 2023, she made her directorial debut with the documentary short Creating Sentenced to Pray and the romantic comedy It Had to Be You. Keya has also completed the Proof of concept film The Conversation. Keya is the owner of Key Casting and Productions, the provider of casting, consulting, screenwriting, producing and directing services. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization The Creative Cornerstone, supporting emerging artists and creatives.
