Welcome to The Creative Arts Summer Camp, where creativity flourishes, confidence grows, and young voices are amplified! Hosted by The Creative Cornerstone, this camp is designed to inspire and equip young minds with the tools they need to explore their artistic potential. Our program serves youth ages 13-18 from underrepresented communities in Charlotte, NC, empowering them to tell their stories through film, photography, music production, and more.

Program Highlights
Media Arts Training
Campers will learn essential skills in filming, photography, and music production. From capturing powerful images to designing scenes and creating soundscapes, they’ll gain a practical understanding of how to create compelling stories.

End-of-Camp Showcase
The camp concludes with a showcase event where family, friends, and the community can celebrate the campers’ work. Youth present the films, photos, and music projects they created, putting their newfound skills on display.

Our camp is led by professionals with decades of experience in media production. Special guest instructors, including filmmakers, writers, photographers, and music producers, share their expertise and offer one-on-one mentorship throughout the camp.
